For pc those spins are knowing how much you need to move the mouse to get the spin, and console counting how much time the spin takes with the sensitivity. Scenic

But then is the tricky part when you need to do like weapon switch and stuff like that so it looks cooler...

isn't difficult! 720 degrees is useless, should matter as moving the mouse, but not more than 180.
the whole matter of finding the right sensitivity value or nearly so.
the fov is too high, use 125 (probably 130)? try 120 or less.
